Advertising and Marketing Standards
Florida Homes & Loans reviews advertising, marketing, social media content, website content, and promotional materials to help ensure compliance with fair housing, fair lending, and consumer protection requirements.
Advertising shall not contain discriminatory language, preferences, limitations, exclusions, or implications regarding protected classes. Marketing materials are intended to promote equal access to housing opportunities and mortgage financing.
Mortgage Fair Lending Commitment
FHL Mortgages is committed to fair lending practices and compliance with applicable lending laws and regulations. Credit decisions are based upon lawful underwriting standards, investor guidelines, borrower qualifications, property eligibility requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
