New Agent Setup Checklist
1. Join ORRA & NAR
Agents are required to maintain REALTOR® membership, including local association membership and NAR membership.
Go to ORRA2. Set Up Stellar MLS
ORRA and Stellar MLS are separate entities. Agents must complete MLS setup separately from association membership.
Go to Stellar MLS3. Lockbox Access
Supra access is recommended so agents can access showings and listings. Lockboxes can be purchased separately.

Review the Florida Homes & Loans handbook, including advertising, transactions, MLS rules, and compliance expectations.

Supra and SentriLock are lockbox systems used by agents to access properties. Having lockbox access is not the same as purchasing a physical lockbox.
New agents should strongly consider having Supra access for showings, even if they do not purchase their own lockbox right away.
- SentriLock: Available for purchase through the association.
- Supra Access: Recommended for showing access.
